The I AM SPORT Award is a community-focused honor recognizing high school student-athletes who excel beyond athletics. It celebrates high school student-athletes who embody the deeper purpose of sports—using their platform to make a positive impact.

At its core, the award highlights three key qualities:

• Community Service – Athletes who actively volunteer, support local causes, or organize initiatives that benefit others 
• Leadership – Those who inspire teammates and peers through integrity, accountability, and positive example 
• Character – Demonstrating sportsmanship, humility, and a commitment to something bigger than themselves
